Estimates are that ~825,000 people will have a stroke in 2026 calendar year. 76% will be 1st time strokes (~631,000) with 24% having a 2nd or 3rd stroke (~194,000).

- F - Face Drooping
- One side of the face droops or feels numb
- Ask the person to smile - does one side of the mouth droop or not move?
- A - Arm Weakness
- One arm is weak or numb
- Ask the person to raise both arms - does one arm drift downward or can they not raise it?
- S - Speech Difficulty
- Speech is slurred, strange, or the person can't speak or understand what you're saying
- Ask them to repeat a simple sentence (e.g., "The sky is blue") - is the speech unclear or do they struggle?
- T - Time to Call 911
- Note the time the symptoms first appeared (critical for treatment decisions)
- If any of these signs are present - even if they go away - call 911 immediately - see additional instructions in the kit about calling 911
- Early treatments
- Step 1
- Drink all the contents of Bottle 1
- It contains DMSO and Distilled water at the correct ratios
- Step 2
- Spray the organic cotton pads with Bottle 2
- Wipe down both sides of the neck, removing makeup, perfume, cologne, aftershave or mosturizers thoroughly
- Step 3
- Option 1 - soak 2 of the 6" cotton swabs with Bottle 3
- Apply the soaked cotton swabs to both sides of the neck. Starting on the opposite side the F.A.S.T. shows difficulty on

The release of Kit 1 is the initial response to someone as soon as it's recognized that someone is undergoing a stroke. One of the things the industrial medical complex got right concerning strokes is that the sooner you can start a treatment for someone having a stroke the better. However, there are 2 types of strokes, the ischemic stroke is 87% of all strokes, which is caused by a clot in the carotid arteries typically on one side or the other. The other type of stroke is the hemorrhagic stroke (13%) is an aneurism that has started leaking or fully ruptured causing loss of oxygen to the brain and causes major pressure compounding the hemorrhagic stroke.
The ONLY existing treatment is for the ischemic stroke, called tPA which can not be administered until a CT Scan can confirm that the stroke is NOT a hemorrhagic stroke because it would kill the patient almost immediately. This tPA treatment is not a treatment that reverses the damage of the stroke and needs to be administered at the ver least within the first 3 hours with diminishing returns of the tPA up to 4.5 hours. The problem is it can take well over 4.5 hours after having a stroke to get from home, to the hospital, checked in and get the CT Scan before they can START any treatment surpassing the 4.5 hour deadline for any significant results.
